MonsterTrade Child Safety and CSAE Standards

Jimanize Consulting has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
1. Published Standards Against CSAE
The following are strictly prohibited on MonsterTrade:
- Any form of CSAM, including storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to such material.
- Grooming behavior, sexual extortion, trafficking, or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes or to facilitate abuse.
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes sexual abuse of children.
2. In-App Feedback and Reporting Mechanism
MonsterTrade provides user reporting channels so users can flag suspicious behavior or harmful content for review.

We review reports promptly and prioritize cases involving potential risk to children.
3. CSAM Detection and Enforcement
When we become aware of potential CSAM or CSAE activity, we take appropriate action, which may include:
- Immediate content removal and account restrictions or permanent bans.
- Preservation of relevant records consistent with applicable law.
- Escalation to law enforcement or authorized organizations where legally required.

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting obligations where required by jurisdiction.
