MonsterTrade Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MonsterTrade, provided by Jimanize Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using MonsterTrade, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use MonsterTrade. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Use of the Service

You agree to use MonsterTrade only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harass or harm others.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Trades and Meetups

MonsterTrade helps users discover potential matches; it does not guarantee trade outcomes. Users are responsible for meeting in safe public locations and following local laws and venue rules.

Intellectual Property

The MonsterTrade service, including text, graphics, software, and branding, is owned by Jimanize Consulting or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Disclaimers

MonsterTrade is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimanize Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of MonsterTrade.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MonsterTrade after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
