TriviaPit Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of TriviaPit, provided by Jimanize Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using TriviaPit, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Supervision

TriviaPit is intended for people of all ages who can read. Parents and legal guardians should supervise younger players' use of devices, account setup, and purchases.

Accounts

Solo play does not require an account. An account using an email address and password is required to host games. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share your password with other players or include it in support requests.

Gameplay and Bluetooth

TriviaPit uses Bluetooth to connect nearby devices for multiplayer gameplay. You are responsible for enabling Bluetooth, granting device permissions, and keeping devices within connection range. Connectivity and compatibility may vary by device and operating system. Once the app is downloaded and a host account has been created, gameplay does not require an ongoing internet connection.

Play respectfully and follow applicable laws and venue rules. TriviaPit is a game and does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or error-free gameplay.

Categories and Purchases

Three categories are available at no cost. Additional categories may be purchased as one-time in-app purchases through Apple or Google. Prices, payment, refunds, and purchase terms are presented or managed by the applicable store and are subject to its rules.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TriviaPit, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

TriviaPit and its content, software, and branding are owned by Jimanize Consulting or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TriviaPit is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimanize Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TriviaPit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TriviaPit after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
